Fatimah Paris vanity cases are designed to last a lifetime, and we stand firmly behind that promise. Thanks to our uncompromising quality standards, we offer a lifetime warranty on our products.

A lifetime warranty means that Fatimah Paris takes responsibility for the quality of the product throughout its entire lifespan. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that affect the functionality of the suitcase under normal use.

If any component fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it — with no unnecessary hassle for you.

What does the warranty not cover?

The lifetime warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear, such as small scratches, or signs of use

• damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents

• cosmetic changes that occur naturally through travel

Scratches, marks, and patina are part of every journey — traces of lived moments and experienced adventures.

PAYMENT METHODS:

You can pay for your order using card (Visa, Mastercard).

All payments are processed securely and encrypted.

Right of Cancellation & Returns Process:

After placing your order, you have 24 hours to cancel and receive a full refund, provided the product has not yet been shipped.

We offer a 60-day free return policy. Return the suitcase unused and in its original packaging to receive a full refund.

Once the return is approved, refunds typically appear in your account within approximately 7 days.
